Rules for Access Balconies
Barbecue Ban: The use of grills on the access balconies is strictly prohibited.
Mounting Ban: Attaching antennas, satellite dishes, or similar items to the balcony railings is not allowed.
Smoking Ban: Smoking on access balconies and walkways is strictly prohibited.
Keep Walkways Clear: The walkways serve as emergency exits in case of fire and must be kept clear. It is allowed to have tables and chairs outside your studio, but they must be brought inside the studio when not in use. Permanent placement of items on the access balconies is strictly prohibited and will be addressed.
