Preparations that must be completed 

You are responsible for the general cleaning of your studio before check out. Please note that you are obligated to clean your studio regularly during your stay, this is also stated in our booking terms. Therefor there should not be any ingrained stains or such in the bathroom or in the oven for example. To make your departure as easy as possible, please complete the following:
✔️ Dishes & Kitchenware – Ensure all items are cleaned and returned to their original places.
✔️ Studio Condition – Leave the studio thoroughly cleaned and complete. If additional cleaning is needed, a 3500 SEK fee will apply.
✔️ Personal Belongings – Double-check that no personal items are left behind.
✔️ Equipment & Furnishings – Return all items to their proper places.
✔️ Inventory Check – Ensure that all provided items are accounted for in the same quantity as at check-in.
✔️ Trash Disposal – Empty trash bins and dispose of waste correctly at the waste station.
✔️ Damages or Missing Items – Any damages or missing items may result in a deduction from your deposit.
✔️ Bedding & Personal Items – If you brought your own mattress, pillow, or blanket, please remember to take them with you.

Final Cleaning Checklist

To meet our cleaning standards, please ensure the following areas are thoroughly cleaned before departure:

General Cleaning (All Rooms)

  • Dust and remove stains from built-in furniture.
  • Clean walls and doors (inside and out).
  • Wipe down skirting boards, window sills, cabinets, radiators, and mirrors.
  • Dust lighting fixtures, electrical outlets, and hanging lights.
  • Vacuum and wipe down cabinets, wardrobes, beds (including under the mattress), sofas, and chairs.
  • Vacuum and mop all floors.

Bathroom/WC

  • Clean tiles, grout, and floor drains using appropriate limescale or mold remover if needed.
  • Wipe down mirrors and clean the sink, toilet, and shower walls.
  • Remove limescale from faucets and clean the water trap.

Kitchen

  • Fridge & Freezer – Defrost, empty, and clean both inside and out. Please remain present during defrosting to prevent water damage.
  • Oven & Stovetop – Use an appropriate cleaner to thoroughly clean the oven, racks, stovetop, and kitchen fan.
  • Dishwashing Area – Remove any residues or coffee stains and ensure surfaces are fresh.


If anything in the studio has been damaged or broken during your stay with us and you have not yet filed an issue report regarding the matter, we kindly ask you to do so by using the QR-code on the inside of your door. Please note damaged furniture and broken- or missing items might result in a deduction of your deposit. Attached, you will find an inventory list of what should be in your studio.

If everything in the studio is in order after your checkout, the deposit will be refunded to you within 14 days working days after check out to the same credit card from which it was withdrawn when you booked the studio.  

Please note that if you have changed your bank or bank account since you paid the deposit for your studio, we kindly ask you to let us know and we will refund the deposit to the correct bank account.
