Preparations that must be completed 

You are responsible for the general cleaning of your studio before check out. Please note that you are obligated to clean your studio regularly during your stay, this is also stated in our booking terms. Therefor there should not be any ingrained stains or such in the bathroom or in the oven for example. When preparing for check out, please make sure to go through the whole checklist for cleaning. If not, money will be deducted from your deposit after you have checked out from the studio. 

  • Wash all the dishes and put everything back in the cupboards.
  • Put back all the equipment/furnishings that belong to the studio in the right place.
  • Check that the right amount of scissors, hangers, glasses, knives, pans are left in the right amount. A list of this can be found in the community app under Documents.
  • Empty the garbage and dispose of it in the correct container at the garbage station.
  • Ensure that all personal property is removed.
  • Fridge and freezer must be emptied and cleaned. Freezer must be defrosted when checking out.
  • Oven and oven racks must be cleaned.
  • Doors and inside cabinets should be wiped off.
  • If you have received a tag, please leave it on the dining table so we can collect it.
  • If you have purchased your own mattress, pillow or duvet please take this with you when you leave your studio.
  • If anything has been damaged or broken during your stay with us, report this to us via "Fault report".

If anything in the studio has been damaged or broken during your stay with us and you have not yet filed an issue report regarding the matter, we kindly ask you to do so by using the QR-code on the inside of your door. Please note damaged furniture and broken- or missing items might result in a deduction of your deposit. Attached, you will find an inventory list of what should be in your studio.

If everything in the studio is in order after your checkout, the deposit will be refunded to you within 14 days working days after check out to the same credit card from which it was withdrawn when you booked the studio.  

Please note that if you have changed your bank or bank account since you paid the deposit for your studio, we kindly ask you to let us know and we will refund the deposit to the correct bank account.
